Difficulty enforcing rules, tensions, conflicts, defiance, or challenging behaviors from your children or teenagers… Raising a human being is one of the greatest emotional challenges life throws at us!

In a safe, caring, and warm environment, come along to reflect and develop effective, transformative communication tools for your relationships. An adventure that will deeply nurture “les liens qui comptent” (the bonds that matter).

What is the objective of the workshops? This collaborative workshop (7 sessions of 2.5 hours each) will help you better understand and support your children or teens, guiding you toward more peaceful relationships with them. The goal? To identify new communication skills, adapt them, and apply them to your specific, real-life challenges, all while feeling supported by the power of the group.

By participating in this workshop, you will learn how to:

• Acknowledge and support your child/teen’s difficult emotions and feelings.

• Foster daily cooperation while avoiding threats or yelling.

• Replace punishment with empowering alternatives that encourage responsibility.

• Encourage autonomy to make them active participants in their own choices.

• Help your child/teen develop a positive self-image.

• Break free from roles and labels to allow your child to truly thrive.

Through playful activities, real-life sharing, comic strips, practical case studies, role-playing, and enriching discussions in small and large groups, you will leave with tools you can apply immediately in your daily life.

To take it a step further if you wish, you will benefit from a free mutual-support WhatsApp group where you can share your insights, challenges, and daily victories, while being guided and supported along the way.

The full cycle includes 7 sessions (approx. 2 hours per session), scheduled every 2 to 3 weeks (excluding school holidays). Note: With the group’s agreement, certain dates or times can be slightly adjusted if it suits everyone & sessions can be recorded.
